Texas Wedding and Mother's Day

These events were several weeks ago, but cannot go undocumented.  My friend, Hannah, got married in Dallas and it was a fabulous weekend!  Hannah is a college friend and I have posted about her and all her awesome talent before.  But, if you missed those posts, just click here to see what she has been up to (besides getting married)!

We arrived Thursday evening and started early Friday morning for mimosas and manicures/pedicures.   It was for Hannah's wedding weekend, but it was pretty nice to be pampered, kid-free, and with my best friends on Mother's day weekend.

Rehearsing.  Isn't she adorable?

Yummy mexican food at the rehearsal dinner.  Have to when in Texas.

Morning of the wedding we lounged, pampered some more, and ate like kings at the Bride's home.  We are not the type of bridesmaids that you worry about passing out because they didn't eat much during the day.

Somehow Hannah needing to polish her ring turned into everyone polishing their rings.  Kind of silly, but seemed appropriate for our girl time pre-wedding.  That is lot of weddings right there!

Beautiful Bride!

Mr. and Mrs. Lance Villio

Oh, and sidenote, our husbands/fiancés all loved being together for the weekend too.

I always leave so full and refreshed after being with friends who know me so well.  But, I did love coming home to my sweet girls loving on me for Mother's Day.

We made these pots for my mom and mother-in-law and they turned out pretty cute.  Caroline is loving helping me with crafts these days so this was a perfect one for her.  I tried to let my perfectionist tendencies go and let Caroline slap her hands on there the way she wanted (missing a finger and all)!  They were made in love though.  :)
